At Medicube India, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you need to return, exchange, or cancel your order, please review our policy below.

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day return or exchange window, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.

  • All seals, packaging, and labels must be intact.

  • You must have a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Please Note:

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic and skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Sale items are not eligible for return, unless a wrong or damaged item was delivered.

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with your order details and an image/video of the issue. Our team will review and assist you with a replacement or refund.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, prepaid order refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please share your UPI ID or QR code for the refund. This may take up to 10 business days after approval.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you haven’t received it, please contact us at contact@medicubeindia.com.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.

  • To cancel, contact us at contact@medicubeindia.com or call 8535022619 as soon as possible.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return or exchange after delivery if eligible under this policy.
